# Attention Ethics

Recently, we saw a memecoin attempt to gain attention by involving a real-world zoo connected to Punch.

Honestly, it was disgusting.

The idea that attention equals price is not wrong in meme markets.

That is how this game often works.

But using animals, staff, or real-world spaces as props for price attention is selfish and distorted.

The people celebrating that behavior are part of the same problem.

That is why we want to test a different model now.

Attention is necessary.

But it should not be created by stepping on people, animals, or places that never agreed to become part of the game.

$FUEL is an attempt to circulate attention in a more appropriate way.

Highlight communities that are still building.\
Make bagwork visible.\
Support dedicated teams, mods, and holders.\
Turn attention into fees.\
Return those fees as fuel.

We are not here to steal attention.

We are here to borrow a spark, amplify it, and return it as fuel.
